Data processing

DSTAQ processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We act as both a data controller and data processor depending on the context of data handling.

Data subject rights

EU residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port their personal data. Requests can be submitted to privacy@dstaq.io and will be processed within 30 days.

Data Processing Agreement

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for customers who need it. Contact us to request a signed DPA.

International transfers

Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we maintain infrastructure, always under appropriate safeguards.
